Dinesh Karthik is a name that has been trending in world cricket since IPL 2022. The way he has made his way back to team India has surprised everyone.

A picture is going viral on the internet in which Rohit Sharma has commented about Dinesh Karthik and predicted that he has still some cricket left in him. The comment was made on 13th July 2021 in which Rohit wrote that “You still has some cricket left. FYI!”.

Dinesh Karthik was brought by RCB in IPL 2022 and he was the star performer for them throughout the season and won a number of games for them. His good form was awarded by his inclusion into the Team India’s T20 team after 3 long years.

Dinesh Karthik made his international debut in 2004. He was also part of Team India’s first-ever international T20 game which was played against South Africa in 2006. Karthik got the man-of-the-match award in that game.

Karthik scored his maiden T20I fifty against South Africa in the 4th T20I. In the game, he scored 55 runs off just 27 balls and got the man of the match award. Rohit Sharma and Dinesh Karthik are the only two Indians who won the MOM award in three different decades.
