IND vs SL: Suryakumar Yadav ruled out of the T20I series

Suryakumar Yadav, the Player of the Series of India vs West Indies T20I series, has been reportedly ruled out of the upcoming T20I series against Sri Lanka. According to Cricbuzz, the star Indian middle-order batter suffered a hamstring injury during the third T20I match against West Indies on Sunday. Therefore, he will remain unavailable for the upcoming T20I series of IND vs SL. Also, Deepak Chahar will be missing the T20I series at home.

According to the reports of Cricbuzz, "Suryakumar Yadav has been ruled out of the upcoming Twenty20 Internationals against Sri Lanka. He was spotted at India's practice session in Lucknow on Tuesday but Cricbuzz understands that the 31-year-old batsman has suffered a hairline fracture on his hand and been declared unfit for the white-ball series. It remains unclear as to where and when exactly Suryakumar got hurt but it's understood that he sustained the injury while fielding in the third T20I against West Indies at the Eden on February 20."

The men in blue will kick-start the home series of IND vs SL with the T20Is from 24 February. The T20I series will also be followed by a test series as well.
