    Skipper Rohit Sharma leads from the front as India defeat Afghanistan by 8 wickets in Delhi for a second 2023 World Cup win. Virat Kohli hits the winning runs on his home ground as India hunts down 273 in just 35 overs. A duck in the last match and Rohit came up with a perfect response. He never gave Afghans a chance to make a comeback in the game. Apart from a sensational 131 from the skipper, Ishan Kishan also made a solid 47. Kohli and Shreyas Iyer finished on 55 and 25 respectively as India wrap up the contest with 15 overs to spare.

    Afghanistan looking to work on history the Indian batters had in recent past. Left arm pacer Fazal from one end and Mujeeb-Ur-Rahaman from another end for Afghanistan against Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan.
