Kolkata Knight Riders vs Rajasthan Royals:

Two of Rajasthan’s big names stood up in big ways. Yuzvendra Chahal became the leading wicket-taker in IPL history while bagging his second successive four-wicket haul. On the other side, Yashasvi Jaiswal made batting so easy while scoring the IPL’s fastest-ever fifty. He missed out on scoring his second IPL century by 2 runs. Jaiswal remained unbeaten after scoring 98 runs in just 47 deliveries. Sanju Samson missed out on his half-century but he played a brilliant unbeaten inning of 48 runs.

Earlier in the match, Rajasthan Royals won the toss and decided to bowl first. KKR only managed to score 37 runs in the powerplay due to brilliant bowling from RR’s end. Venkatesh Iyer scored 57 runs and helped KKR reach a decent total. That was not really enough for in-form Yashasvi Jaiswal.
