Pitch & Weather Report
The pitch of the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad has changed a lot. It was a solid batting pitch but black soil has been used and now it helps the slower bowlers. Batters will have to score runs in the powerplay because, with the progression of the match, the wicket will get slower and tricky for batting. The average 1st innings total in T20 internationals is 160 while the 2nd innings total is 140.
The temperature will be around 39 degrees Celsius. A humidity of about 21 percent is expected. There is no chance of rain.

Team News
Kolkata Knight Riders
Kolkata Knight Riders have played fearless cricket until now and are looking like the favourites. Phil Salt will not be there to open the inning with Sunil Narine (461 runs) so Gurbaz is expected to start for the Knight Riders. Sunil Narine is having a sensational season at the top of the batting order. He has contributed immensely and has been the most important player for the Knight Riders this season.
Shreyas Iyer is not having a great season with the bat. He hasn't been consistent but the others have covered him well and that's the reason KKR haven't faced lots of trouble this season. But, he must step up as the pressure of playoffs is different and a captain needs to lead from the front. Venkatesh Iyer has scored runs here and there and he may play an important part on Tuesday.
Andre Russell hasn't played lots of big innings but has stepped up whenever KKR needed him. His cameos are very important for the Knights. Rinku Singh is having an average season but he is a big match player for KKR. Mitchell Starc is finally proving somewhat of his worth. Although his economy is very poor, Starc has picked up 12 wickets in 11 matches.

Harshit Rana has already scalped 16 wickets this season for KKR after featuring in only 10 games but he needs to work on his economy. He has leaked runs cheaply in some matches but he is only 22 years old and can improve a lot from here.
Varun Chakaravarthy has redeemed him in the last few matches by bowling some really good spells. He once again bowled an economical 4-over spell and returned with two wickets. Sunil Narine is just a different-level player. He is contributing with the bat and bowl which is the biggest positive for KKR this season.
Sunrisers Hyderabad
SRH chased down a big target against PBKS in the last game to finish second on the table. Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma's opening pair has been one of the most lethal duos of the tournament and they are expected to open Hyderabad's inning again. Travis Head got out for a golden duck in the last game but Abhishek Sharma played an impressive knock. Head will try to make a comeback in this game because he is a big game player.

It will be interesting to see what SRH does with Markram. Nitish Kumar Reddy hasn't disappointed with his batting. He played an important inning in the last game too. Shahbaz Ahmed and Abdul Samad are playing the role of the finisher and have done the job in some matches.
Heinrich Klaasen has played some match-winning innings this season and he played a match-winning knock against PBKS too. SRH have been part of many high-scoring games so the bowling is worrying the fans. They are scoring but are conceding runs at the same time.
The positive is that Bhuvi has got his form back and bowling some extraordinary spells in the last few matches. Natarajan is scalping wickets in almost every game and Cummins knows how to handle his bowlers that's why they have won some thrilling contests this season.
