RCB put up only 135 runs on the scorecard for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs after electing to bat first. It wouldn't be possible if Ellyse Perry didn't come up with a brilliant knock of 66 runs off 50 deliveries. None of the other batters from Bangalore stood up and helped Perry otherwise it could have been better for the side. In the end, Wareham played an important cameo of 18 runs off 10 deliveries, helping her side put 135 runs on the scoreboard.

Mumbai had a decent start and it looked like a cakewalk for them but RCB managed to defend 33 runs in the last 4 overs when Harmanpreet Kaur and Amelia Kerr both were settled on the pitch. Earlier, Shreyanka Patil came up with the first breakthrough, dismissing Hayley Matthews while Ellyse Perry dismissed set batter Yastika Bhatia.

Shreyanka picked up 2 crucial wickets including the wicket of Harmanpreet in the key time in her 4-over spell, leaking only 16 runs while Sophie Molineux also bowled 4 overs and gave the same amount of runs and picked up a huge wicket of finisher Sajana. RCB defended 12 runs in the final, which was bowled by experienced Asha and she managed to pull that off in some incredible fashion. RCB qualified for the final, beating MI by 5 runs in the Eliminator.

Bangalore finish on 135 after losing 6 wickets in 20 overs

Wareham hits a six on the last delivery of the 20th over to help RCB put 135 runs on the scoreboard. Wareham played a good cameo at the end, scoring 18 runs off 10 deliveries but the credit should be goes to where it is due.

Ellyse Perry was coming after delivering a world-class all-round performance in the last game against Mumbai and once again she delivers a brilliant performance with the bat against the same opposition and that too on a huge stage like Eliminator and keeps RCB alive in the match.

For the defending champions, it were Matthews, Ishaque, and Nat Sciver-Brunt who made it tough for RCB to score runs. All three bowlers picked up two wickets each but Perry's brilliance helped RCB put something on the board to fight for.
