This game will mark the 100th first-class game of Bengal batter Abhimanyu Easwaran. Bengal are coming from a three-point match against Uttar Pradesh and will look to start their home match with a bonus point.

Meantime, Bihar's young prodigy Vaibhav Suryavanshi will be joining the squad after a great youth test against Australia U-19s for the India U-19 team. They are coming from a defeat against Haryana and if they can at least earn a point somehow, will be doing no harm to their reputation.
