Another match in Indian Premier League 2024 got washed out as Sunriseres Hyderabad and Gujarat Titans shared a point each in Hyderabad. With this one point, SRH qualified for the playoffs while Delhi Capitals got eliminated from the tournament.

5. Chance for SRH to finish second
Sunrisers Hyderabad can finish at number two in the points table if they can beat Punjab Kings in their last game and hope KKR beat Rajasthan Royals afterwards. Both the games are on Sunday and SRH will play in the afternoon while KKR will face RR in the evening.
6. Chance for CSK to finish second as well
Meantime, Chennai Super Kings also can finish second if they can beat Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and hope that RR and SRH will lose their respective games against KKR and PBKS respectively.
