Virat Kohli brought up his 29th Test century on the second day of the second Test against the West Indies at Queen's Park Oval. Kohli reached the milestone with a boundary when India were at 314-4. He reached there on his 500th international appearance and his 111th Test.

Kohli also moved to 10th on the list of combined appearances in the three formats. India great Sachin Tendulkar tops the list with 664. Earlier, Kohli brought up his 30th Test 50 with a boundary against left-arm spinner Jomel Warrican (1-55). Ravindra Jadeja (48 not out) was with Kohli at the crease for the fifth wicket.
