Arsenal vs Fulham Premier League 2025/26 Highlights: Gunners go six-points clear at the top, extend 122-year record with a 3-0 win

Arsenal extend their 122-year record against Fulham at Emirates, and they go six points ahead of Manchester City in the points table. They have now won 24 of their last 29 home games, which proves how good they have been at home. 

With three games to play, and four ahead of Manchester City in terms of goal difference, Mikel Arteta and his team had a perfect game. 

They were brilliant from the start, with Fulham not being at their best. Gyokeres had his best game in an Arsenal shirt, scoring two and assisting once.

However, the biggest positive for the Gunners would be that Bukayo Saka was back at his best, scoring and assisting once. 

Lewis-Skelly dominated the midfield and was surely the best player on the pitch alongside the goal scorers Gyokeres and Saka. 

The ball is now Manchester City's court, who will face Everton next on 5th May.

After a long time, they had the chance to produce some magic. 

King won the ball in the halfway mark and kept going before his cross was blocked by Saliba's trailing leg.

Saliba won the challenge inside the box against King as the ball went for a goalkick. A small check was done to make sure there was no penalty. 

King went down very easily as four minutes were added to the full time.

Wonderful from the teenage star!

He received the ball on the halfway mark and swiftly made a long run into the final third. He won the tight physcial battle at the edge of the box before sending his final attempt away from the goal.

Calafiori's header from the corner hit the crossbar as Leno could not get to the ball with his hand high up in the air.

Madueke's cross from the right is deflected for a corner by Andersen.

Arsenal want to extend that goal difference in the points table.

First shot on target in the match for Fulham. Gabriel was not able to clear the ball properly, and Castagne forced a save from Raya from close range. 

Jimenez hit the wall with the free-kick, and it gave Cairney a chance to go for a volley, which was deflected for a corner.

Viktor Gyokeres was involved in 3+ goals in a Premier League match for Arsenal (2 goals, 1 assist) for the first time.

Zubimendi won the ball on the left and flicked it towards Madueke.

However, Jesus was a tad offside while receiving the ball from Jesus. If he had made a timed run, it could have been a great chance for him.

Madueke wins the free-kick on the right as Robinson fouled him trying to win the ball. 

Leno denies Gyokeres a hat-trick!

Trossard won the ball back from Fulham and then found the Swedish striker at the edge of the box.

Leno came running and made the save as Gyokeres tried to chip the ball over him.

Important touch from the defender as Maduke found Eze inside the box. Bassey deflected the ball away before Eze could attempt his shot. 

From the corner, Castagne's header was deflected away for another corner. The deflection could not have been a perfect assist if there were any Fulham player at the far post.

This is the first-time Arsenal scored three goals inside the first-half. 

They played like the table toppers and the best team from England. 

Gyokeres scored two goals in his 50th Arsenal appearance, and Saka made all the difference with his assist and a goal.

Gyokeres scores his second with a leaping header from close range. Trossard with the perfect cross from the left of the box. 

Surely three points in the pocket for Arteta and team. 

Long cross and Saka found Calafiori inside the box. Calafiori's cutback found White. And a sliding Gabriel nearly directed White's lobbed into the goal

Arsenal are flying!

It is the combination of Gyokeres and Saka again. 

Gyokeres made the run to receive a through ball down the middle. He waited before sending a perfect pass bisecting Robinson and Andersen, and Saka made the perfect run to accept the pass.

Saka then chose the near post to beat Leno for his goal. 

Trossard, with a high boot, won the ball from Lukic. After a few quick dribbles, he went for the goal with a left-footed attempt.

It was too weak to beat Leno. 

Raya's kick hit Gabriel directly and went for a corner. Arsenal need to be careful here. 

The last few minutes have been good for the visitors, with Chukwueze and Robinson forcing some blocks from Arsenal defence.

The replay shows that Calafiori was offside during Rice's delivery. 

The goal has been declined. 

This is insane football from Arsenal. 

Rice and Saka played a one-two before Saka's cutback found Eze in the middle. Eze's shot was blocked.

But Rice's aerial delivery was headed inside the goal by Calafiori. 

Another corner for Arsenal. Gyokeres and Saka have looked threatening, with Rice and White providing the balance for them. 

Leno, again, was not able to grab a long ball, and it fell perfectly for Gyokeres, but Leno saved the shot.

However, Saka's shot from that rebound ball went wide. 

Saka's corner met Gabriel first, and the deflection was not grabbed well by Leno.

Arsenal have not given away the ball in the last two minutes.

Saka, Lewis-Skelly, Rice and White have played multiple passes among themselves before Rice's cross was headed away for a corner by Andersen. 

Yellow card for Lukic for a foul on Saka. 

Not sure that was necessary for the Arsenal keeper. After the free-kick, Eze's shot was blocked, and the rebound ball was going over the line in Fulham's half.

Raya came running and swept away the ball, leaving the goal empty. Saka took the ball from him to continue the attack. 

Gyokeres won the free-kick on the left after he was brought down by Andersen.

Arsenal legend and their highest goal scorer in Premier League history is in the house. He was the centre forward of the Arsenal side which won the league back in 2004. 

From the edge of the box, Trossard's left-footed attempt missed the far post by quite a distance. 

Gyokeres became the first Arsenal player since Alexis Sanchez to reach 20 goals in his debut season.

Dream start for Arsenal. 

Lewis-Skelly found Saka on the right, who entered the final third with ease and then dribbled past Jimenez to take him to the ground. 

Saka's cross past Robinson found Gyokeres at the centre of the goal, and the Swedish striker just had to tap the ball inside the goal. 

Arsenal take the lead. 

The table toppers are looking hungry and pressing hard to put the defensive line of Fulham in question.

This time Rice attacked the ball to win it back for them, and later on won a free-kick as well. 

With the fans behind them, Arsenal have been able to keep the ball to themselves. Fulham have tried to run and attack the ball, but have not been able to win the ball back.

For Fulham, Antonee Robinson replaced injured Ryan Sessegnon, while Harrison Reed will be playing in midfield as Sander Berge missed out on selection. 

After coming off the bench since returning from his injury, Bukayo Saka has returned to the starting XI as Mikel Arteta made as many as five changes to his lineup.

Martin Odegaard is not fit enough to be in the squad, as Eze replaced him in the XI. Madueke, despite having two great games, had to make way for Saka. 

Calafiori returned to the lineup, replacing Piero Hincapie, who is on the bench. Leandro Trossard and Myles Lewis-Skelly replaced Myles Lewis-Skelly and Martin Zubimendi.

For Arsenal, Kai Havertz, Mikel Merino and Jurrien Timber are not available due to injuries. However, captain Martin Odegaard will be fit despite getting subbed in the game against Atletico Madrid. 

For the visitors, Ryan Sessegno, Kevin and Alex Iwobi will miss the game. However, Kenny Tete could be in contention to start. 

As we said at the start, Fulham have never beaten Arsenal at Emirates Stadium in their history.

In the Premier League, they have faced each other 37 times, and Arsenal have won 32 of those matches. Fulham won four times, all of which came at home. Five matches ended in a draw. 

Overall, in 66 games across competitions between them, Arsenal won 44, Fulham won nine games and 13 matches finished in a draw.
