India registered their second consecutive loss in the tournament. India lacked quality but Uzbekistan just capitalised on their opponent's mistakes. Fayzullaev scores the opener and then Sergeev doubles the lead for Uzbek. India slowly got back into the game but before anything they could create to score a goal, Uzbek scored their third in the last minute of the first half.
India had their moments in the game, especially, in the second half but they weren't clinical in terms of taking the chances. The defenders just gifted the goals to the Uzbek forwards and it has been the Blue Tigers' story in the International tournaments.
India are officially out of the tournament but would like to finish their campaign with a good performance against Syria on their final matchday.
