Kerala Blasters FC defeated FC Goa by 4-2 in Kochi to break their chain of defeats. In a comeback to remember for a long time, the Manjappadas scored all of their four goals in the second half to attain all three points against the Manolo Marquez's men.

The game started on a bad note for the home team as they had to digest two early goals for the visitors. Mohammed Yasir and Rowlin Borges scored two goals within the first 20 minutes of the match and till half-time it all looked like Goa will walk away with an easy win. Kerala's record of not winning from a 0-2 position also increased the odds of that.

But, a stunning freekick from Daisuke Sakai made them comeback in the match in the 51st minute. Then a handball inside the box from Carl MacGugh handed a penalty to the Blasters and captain Diamantakos did not lose the chance to make it all equal in the 81st minute. Then a mistake from Arshdeep helped Diamantakos score a brace in the 84th minute. Fedor Cernych then completed the comeback for them with a stunning strike in the 88th minute.

After this defeat, FC Goa now lost three back-to-back games and they still position themselves at number five in the points table with 28 points. Meanwhile, Blasters now closed the gap with the Mariners who are at number three with 30 points.

Yellow card for Drincic for a foul on Noah.

Diamantakos shoots it hard and to the left of the goalie. It's all equal in Kochi.

Daisuke's cross was cleared away by Carl McGugh with his hands and it is a penalty for the Manjapadas.

Noah's left-footed shot was first blocked by Sandeep inside the box.

Ayush, Raynier and Boris come in for Udanta, Rowlin and Nim.

Daisuke could have taken the shot from the left but waited some time before giving away the ball to Vibin whose shot gets blocked by the referee.

Retre comes in for injured Borja Herrera.

Borja Herrera is inured and he is limping. Looks like he will not be able to continue. Meanwhile, Nim Dorjee gets a yellow card as well.

Daisuke Sakai finds the net from a free-kick for the Kerala Blasters. It is the goal they were looking for at the start of second half. Game on!

The second half starts.

The Gaurs have dominated the Blasters at their own turf in the first half. Two goals from the visitors and Kerala have not found their way back in the game. Surely Ivan would bring in some changes in the second half.

The trio of Noah, Carl and Rowlin is making it look too easy for the vistiors in the ofence.

Nim makes an important clearence as Diamantakos' pass inside the box was about to find Drincic.

Odei makes an important delfection as Hormipam tried to whipped in a shot from inside the box.
