Cummings, who replaced Boumous in the XI late after Boumous had a hamstring twinge in warmup has been invisible so far.

Thapa was struggling and he was on the ground, getting medical attention. It was an awkward fall but he seems fine now.

Isak Ralte won the ball off Thapa and tried to find Jerry with a lofted pass. The delivery was poor and the ball went straight to Kaith.

Kiyan gets an opportunity and provides a pass to Sadikum who goes for a shot from a tight angle, but he hits it way over the bar.

What a thriller unfolded in the JRD Tata Sports Complex in Jamshedpur!

Jamshedpur FC struck a late winner in the first leg of the second semi-final to beat Mohun Bagan SG 2-1!

The Red Miner had drawn the first blood in the 24th minute with Javier Siverio's header. However, Jason Cummings netted a world-class free-kick in the 37th minute of the game to equalize it for the Mariners. The game was all square at the break, and despite salvaging many opportunities, both teams failed to score in the regulation time. However, Javi Hernandez fired a powerful strike right into Bagan's net in the first minute of the stoppage time to snatch away the lead in the semi-final tie.

Jamshedpur will be boosted by this victory and will travel to Kolkata to face Mohun Bagan SG in the return leg on April 7th, 2025.

Sahal Abdul Samad produced a through pass in a short space on the edge of the box, but Pronay Halder seems to have started from where he left off in the knockout.

Anirudh Thapa and Asish Rai played one-two on the right to generate some space, but Stephen Eze shielded Rai well to let Albino easily collect the ball.

Such a brilliant attack was executed by Jamshedpur FC, as Barla put up a grounded cross from the right that was guarded by Aldred at first. The rebound ball struck by Sanan seemingly hit Asish Rai's hands. The Red Miners appealed loudly, but the referee did not give attention.

Javi Hernandez sprinted solo upwards from the left and passed it to Jordan Murray, but the forward sailed his cross over the crossbar.

Mohun Bagan Super Giant head coach Jose Molina affirmed his side’s commitment to winning the ISL Cup.

“We are ready and we want to win the ISL Cup. We are absolutely happy with the season, but we want to win the Cup too,” he said.

Bengaluru stamp a convincing 2-0 victory over Goa in the first leg of the first semi-final of the ISL 2024-25!

Sandesh Jhingan netted the ball into his own net to open the scoring before the hosts in the 42nd minute. The Blues stayed ahead at the break, which was doubled by Edgar Mendez's swift strike in the 51st minute following a three-pass construction to the goal. 

Bengaluru's defence stayed robust for the whole game, especially the skipper Rahul Bheke and Namgyal Bhutia, who is also named the Man of the Match!
