The Indian U23 wrestler Anju bags bronze in 55kg category at the ongoing Under-23 World Championships. She concluded her win over Canada's Virginie Gascon. The Indian lead 17-6 to grapple the match just before the final buzzer.
In the first 30 seconds, Anju came up aggressively and took down the lead to 2-0. Gascon hit back and not only took down the Indian but also rolled her over twice to race to a 6-2 lead in no time. And this was the only time when Canadian looked like a threat to Anju.

With one minute still left in the first period, Anju hit back with some vengeance and lead 7-6 at the break.
In the second half Anju left no choice for Gancon. She did it with her blood and soul. And ultimately Anju bags bronze in 55kg category.
