What a comeback from PSG!

Late goals, were behind in the shootout and made another comeback to win it 4-3 in the penalties.

Thomas Frank, in his first official match for Spurs, would be happy seeing how they have been able to keep the shape defensively.

Hakimi's intelligent pass found Ruiz inside the box, and his cutback allowed Dembele to go for a side-footed finish. But he was not on target.

Chevalier would be disappointed with his, but Romero wins the space and header to extend the lead. 

From a free-kick again, Romero was unmarked and had a free header at the far post. Romero's header bounced on the ground first, which made it difficult for Chevalier to make the save. But he should have done better there.

Richarlison's powerful on-target shot was saved by Chevalier. He has been the best PSG player so far.

It is Mickey van de Ven's goal that gave Spurs the lead. They were surely the better team with PSG looking a bit hot and clod throughout the entire 45 minutes.

Although it was flagged as an offside, Spurs were inches away from extending the lead with the ball hitting the post.

Marquinhos blocks a hard shot from Kudus.

The Paris newcomer tips the shot from distance over the crossbar! Richarlison starts the move by winning possession, turning sharply and sending Mohammed Kudus away beyond the halfway line, the winger returning the pass to the forward in the right channel. 

The No9 shifts to his right and fires in a fierce right-footed effort, taking a slight deflection before Lucas Chevalier uses his right palm to divert the ball behind. Tottenham's coaching staff show their appreciation.

Kvaratskhelia made a quick turn inside the box before attempting a right-footed shot. However, he could not hold his balance and missed his shot 

In a long throw from Danso, Spurs had the chance to score early. However, the PSG defence was cautious to negate that.

Pedro Porro takes his chance with a shot from outside the box. It goes away from the goal.
