Moreover, Dr. Ali Sher Bajwa has done the operation on Arshad. He said that Arshad Nadeem will recover soon and will fully fit. That means once again he will be ready to give a tough fight to Neeraj Chopra of India in Javelin.
"Arshad had two injuries. But, now he is fine and is engaged in recovery. I'm happy and satisfied that our goal behind the surgery was achieved. We used state-of-the-art facilities for the surgery. It's a long haul (for Nadeem), these were serious injuries."
Dr. Ali Sher Bajwa told Geo News through a video message from London
According to the report, Arshad Nadeem will remain under the supervision of Dr. Bajwa for the next one week. He will rehab there. After that, he will complete further rehab under the supervision of his coach Salman Butt.
However, Arshad's operation is part of his preparations for the upcoming javelin event. This is because he should be completely fit and then he can compete with India's Neeraj Chopra.
