Mohun Bagan SG have shown in the second-leg semifinal why they are the winners of the league shield in two consecutive seasons.

The Mariners faced a 1-2 defeat in the first-leg against Jamshedpur at the JRD Tata Sports Complex, fearing an early bowout from the playoffs. However, the Kolkata giants dominated the whole game in the second leg, winning 2-0 to storm into the final, thanks to Apuia's injury-time stunner.

However, Mohun Bagan SG will definitely leave no stone unturned to prevent the same result as the last season's Cup final, when they bowed down to Mumbai City FC, losing 1-3 and failing to lift the Cup.

This season, the Mariners have not only managed to lift the league shield but also broke numerous ISL records, which have turned their journey into an iconic one. This feat will boost them to clinch the league-double winning the Shield and the Cup in the same season.

Head coach Jose Molina will have a fully fit squad available for the Final, with Manvir Singh bolstering the attack after coming back from injury.

Bengaluru are on the verge of winning the ISL Cup again after the 2018-19 season, when they defeated FC Goa 1-0 in the final.

Head coach Gerard Zaragoza will also have a completely fit squad available for selection as they have no injury concerns and will go for the Cup applying their full force.

Half-time | Paris Saint-Germain 1-1 Aston Villa

A final ten-minute flurry to end the opening half has ignited this first-leg tie. Paris have monopolised possession without fully threatening the Villa goal. The visitors' low block had proved virtually impenetrable, so you had the feeling it would take a moment of magic to breach it - and such was the case. A goal to truly announce yourself on the world stage from Doué. Both sides will return to their dressing rooms content with their first-half showings.

-via Alex Clementson, PSG reporter

Where do you start? For 35 minutes the visitors put on a concerted rearguard action, holding firm, plugging holes and keeping out Paris any way they could. A goal felt a matter of time but no one saw it coming through Rogers in Villa's first meaningful attack. Doué's fine strike ensured in was short-lived, but Emery will be quietly satisfied so far. Now do they stick or twist?
