There is not much time left for the ICC Men's Champions Trophy to start. Most of the teams have also announced their team, although India and Pakistan have not yet revealed their squad.

Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will play in the upcoming Champions Trophy. Both may have been unable to perform well in Test cricket but they have no match in ODI cricket. 

We are not saying this just like that, but the statistics prove this. Let's take a look at the players with the most runs in ODIs since 2013.

Indian batters have had complete dominance

The ICC Champions Trophy was last played in the year 2017. Then Pakistan won the title by defeating India. But even then and before, Indian batsmen had dominance in this format.

If we take the year 2013 as a yardstick, then we will see that Indian players have the dominance among the batsmen who have scored the most runs in ODIs in these 11 years.

Virat Kohli's recent form may not be very good but Kohli has ruled international cricket, especially in ODI cricket. Since 2013, Kohli has scored 10,020 runs in 195 innings of 204 matches in ODI. 

Kohli's batting average during this period has been 61.47. Not only this, the former captain of the Indian team has scored 37 centuries and 51 half centuries in these 11 years. 

Kohli's strike rate has also been amazing. He has scored runs during this period at a strike rate of 96.67.

He has hit a total of 936 fours and 131 sixes. Virat's highest score during this period is 166 runs unbeaten.

The current captain of Team India, Rohit Sharma has been making a lot of noise in the limited overs format. 

Rohit has scored 8888 runs in 176 innings of 179 matches since January 1, 2013.  

During this period, Rohit has scored runs at a batting average is 56.97 and a strike rate of 96.43. 

Rohit has scored 29 centuries and 45 half centuries during this period. He also had hit 875 fours and 308 sixes. Rohit's highest score has been 264 runs.

3# Quinton de Kock | 6,770 Runs

Former South African wicketkeeper batsman Quinton de Kock comes third in the list of batters who scored the most runs in ODIs since 2013.

De Kock's has scored 6770 runs in 155 innings of 155 matches at an average of 45.74 and a strike rate is 69.64.

De Kock's highest score has been 178. He has scored a total of 21 centuries and 30 half centuries since January 1, 2013.

4# Shikhar Dhawan | 6,724 Runs

Former Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan, who has announced his retirement from international cricket, scored 6724 runs in 159 innings of 162 matches. 

The average of this left-handed batsman was 45.12. Dhawan's strike rate was 91.94. He scored a total of 17 centuries and 38 half centuries during this period.

5# Joe Root | 6,522 Runs

In these 11 years, Root has scored 6522 runs in 160 innings of 171 matches. 

His highest score has been 133 runs. His strike rate is 86.77 and the average is 47.60. Root has scored 16 centuries and 39 half centuries.
