Pitch & Weather Report
The pitch at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur is expected to be a hard and dry track just like it was against LSG. The pitch will favour the batters from both sides. The spinners might get enough assistance but only the time will tell how the game is going to play out. The team batting first won the previous game at this venue but chasing will not be a bad choice after winning the toss.

Team News
Rajasthan Royals
Rajasthan Royals are coming into the match after registering a comfortable victory against LSG in their season opener. Skipper Sanju Samson played a magnificent inning and he got the help of Riyan Parag who was promoted to number 4. They would be hoping to see their openers start well as Jos Buttler and Yashasvi Jaiswal both threw away their wickets early against LSG. Shimron Hetmyer failed to contribute anything as the finisher but will try to make a strong comeback this time around.

Trent Boult may seem expensive a little bit but he did pick up two important wickets in the last game. Chahal and Sharma were economical and Sanju Samson rotated them very well in the last game. Avesh Khan didn't get to bowl four overs but he was economical as well in his 3-over spell. RR are looking like a stable side at the moment with Ravichandran Ashwin also leading the bowling unit. It is going to be an exciting contest at Jaipur.
Delhi Capitals
Delhi Capitals are coming into the RR vs DC game after a loss in their season opener. Fans got to see Rishabh Pant back in action after a long time and this time, he will be excited to play some huge innings against a touch Rajasthan side. None of the batters were able to play a responsible inning against PBKS which caused a huge problem for them. Mitchell Marsh and David Warner both started well but couldn't extend it further than 3 overs.
Abishek Porel came in as an impact player at the end and played a superb cameo which was only the highlight of DC's batting unit. Delhi Capitals will have to improve if they want to register their first victory of this season.

Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav were exceptional in the last match. They picked up important wickets and also were economical. If it wasn't for bad fielding, DC could have won the match against PBKS and the MOM would be Kuldeep Yadav. The pace attack was very poor and they gave away runs cheaply. Mitchell Marsh conceded 52 runs in his 4-over spell so he has to improve otherwise it will be very difficult for DC as they don't have many options on the bench. Khalil Ahmed picked up two wickets but he leaked runs too. Anrich Nortje was a big miss in the last game but has finally joined the Delhi camp and will likely lead the pace bowling lineup against RR alongside Mukesh Kumar and Khaleel Ahmed.
So, Rajasthan are looking like the favourites but Delhi have some superstars to turn the table around.
