With 12 to win from the last over, captain Harmanpreet Kaur got out in the fifth ball of the over but Sajana came from the dressing room and hit a last-ball six to get them over the line.
Delhi Capitals put 171/5 in the first inning after Harmanpreet Kaur sent them to bat first. Alice Capsey scored a stunning 75 from 53 balls while Jemimah Rodrigues scored a fiery 42 from 24 balls to give take their score to 171.
Mumbai's inning was hit by early wickets of Hayley Matthews but a solid fifty from Yastika Bhatia helped them pull things back. After Yastika (57 from 45 balls) was out, Harmanpreet Kaur took the initiative to score all the runs along with Amelia Kerr (24 from 18). Kaur completed her fifty but took them close.
