French prosecutors opened an investigation into the alleged rape by Paris Saint-Germain full-back Achraf Hakimi. A 24-year-old woman has accused the Moroccan star of raping her at his home in Paris on February 25. According to a source, the woman reported the incident at a police station on Sunday but did not file charges. The public prosecutor's office handling the case in Nanterre declined to comment, but complained to AFP that "Information already made public" in the media "undermined the necessary investigations to find out the truth". Hakimi was part of the Morocco team that finished fourth in the World Cup in Qatar.
He was at the FIFA Best awards ceremony in Paris on Monday, where he was named in the FIFPro men's world team of the year. On stage to collect the award he stood alongside another award winner, his PSG teammate and close friend, Kylian Mbappe.
Mbappe's France could have ended Morocco's World Cup adventure but Hakimi spoke about their friendship before the competition: "We are two young men who have like the same things, we chat about music, video games, we go to restaurants," he told.

Luis Enrique has done a tremendous job with PSG and created leaders in different positions.
Donnarumma has been a beast under the post. Hakimi, with 21 goal contributions, is now one of the best. Vitniha, Neves and Marquinhos are one of the best in their positions as well.
Dembele is running for a potential Ballon d'Or finish. So, the credit should go to Enrique for all his efforts.
Arsenal had their chances, but they failed to take them. Saka did score but missed one as well.
So, it will be Inter Milan vs PSG in the final in Munich. Thank you for staying up with us.
