Arsenal vs AFC Bournemouth, Premier League, 2025-26, Round 32 Highlights: Alex Scott's winner hands Arsenal a painful 1-2 defeat; Bournemouth get closer to Champions League spot

Second Premier League home defeat of the season for Arsenal.

Bournemouth are now four points away from a Champions League spot. Arsenal now are only nine points away from Manchester City, who have played two games less than them.

Kroupi scored early, Gyokeres equalised for Arsenal but Alex Scott's clean strike won it for Bournemouth. They are now unbeaten for 12 games, the best in their history.

Yellow card for Hill for time wasting.

Rice with the corner and Alex Scott, the goal scorer for Bournemouth, cleared that out with a great header.

This can be their final hope. 

Two big chances for the big man. Another chance goes begging. 

From the right, he made the cut back and went for the shot with his right foot. He could not time the shot.

Good ball in from Rice from the right and Gyokeres had a free header inside the box. 

He miss-timed it as the ball went cross the sideline. Although it should have been a corner, the decision went against Arsenal.

Arsenal will get five minutes to earn a point. 

Final changes for Bournemouth.

Alex Jimenez and Evanilson are replaced by Adam Smith and Enes Unal.

Jimenez came across quickly in the box to win the challenge on Jesus, who was nearly one-on-one. 

Short corner taken by Arsenal and Eze's pass to Rice was perfect for the English star to go for the goal. 

Rice's attempt was blocked though.

Kroupi is replaced by Alex Toth.

Jimenez blocks and deflects a cross from Gyokeres on the left and it is another corner for Arsenal.

Petrovic punched the corner from Rice away for the second corner. 

Petrovic did well second time to punch the ball away from danger.

Yellow card for Gyokeres for a foul on Tavernier 

Petrovic decided not to grab the attempt from left and rather punched it away, which allowed another shot from the middle. The deflection went for another Arsenal corner.

Kroupi gets the yellow card for delaying the game.

The visitors get the lead again.

Alex Scott arrive from the midfield and calmly guided the ball inside the goal as they get in front. Evanilson with a slight touch to get the assist.

Good few minutes for Bournemouth as a long run from Junior Kroupi allowed Adams going for the shot from close range, which was blocked.

They are a different team altogether from the corner. However, they could not make it count this time as Lewis-Skelly's shot from the corner was blocked.

He went on to hit the back of the net but it won't count as the flag is up.

The Argentine defender kept on going with the ball and went inside the box as well after making a long run.

However, he could not stay on his feet after Gabriel disturbed him.

Torrsard looked for Dowman with a great touch. But, Truffert won the race down the pitch and won a free-kick as well.

Mistake from Raya as his outside-of-the-boot pass hit Evanilson, who was not on target. Sloppy and risky.

Madueke's curling left-footed corner nearly went inside the goal as Arsenal prepare their changes.

Trademark from Rice. He made a quick transition as he attacked the final third. However, his attempt was deflected away for a corner.

Eze, who will be returing from an injury, is warming up on the sideline. 

Havertz looked for Gyokeres with a through ball on the left. But, Bournemouth had it covered and nullified the attack.

Arsenal looked good before young sensation Kroupi scored first for the visitors. However, Havertz missed an easy chance with the header before a handball from Christie handed a penalty for the leaders. 

Gyokeres, with a emphatic kick from the penalty spot equalised for the home side.

Evanilson's weak left-footed attempt from left went straight to Raya, who did not make any mistake

Lewis-Skelly's through ball for Gyokeres allowed him to make a good run on the left.

But Jimenez came running in and slide in a challenge to let it go for a corner.

Arsenal equalise. 

Viktor Gyokeres hits the side net and even a full stretched Petrovic could not get close to that.

From the corner, Gabriel's attempt inside the box hit Christie's right hand. And, it is a penalty for Arsenal.

Declan Rice's attempt was deflected away by Evanilson for a corner.

Madueke vs Truffert on the left has been a great battle. The English star has won the battle so far against the French.

A mistake from Jimenez allowed Martinelli to find Gyokeres on the left. But Hill was at him again to block him.

Bournemouth strikes first.

Christie with the buildup and the pass towards Truffert, whose cross was deflected by Saliba. The deflection fell in the right place for Kroupi to tap the ball inside the goal at the far post.

He moves to double figure in his maiden Premier League season.

We are just in the 15th minute of the match and Gyokeres has switched to left. However, as he tried to make his first entry in the box from that side, Hill intercepted. 

Martinelli's cross from the left of the box was too long and strong for Gyokeres to meet.

Chance for Arsenal as Gyokeres' cross from the right of the box was going straight to Havertz in the middle for a tap in. 

But, Jimenez was there to block the pass at the center of the goal. 

Bournemouth were building up very well from left to right but it is Madueke, who came running from behind to win the ball back.

Bournemouth are so fast and marking so quickly that they nearly have two or three players around Arsenal players whenever they are losing the ball.

Nothing has happened so far in the game as both teams have not been clinical with their passes and distribution. 

After getting an elbow from Martinelli, Evanilson is down and we have a stoppage.

Mikel Merino remains sidelined due to a long-term injury, while Bukayo Saka and Jurrien Timber are closer to starting but unlikely to start in this fixture.

Mikel Arteta already confirmed that Ebere Eze will return to action after this evening, out in the last few weeks due to a calf injury.
