Great run from Salah to keep himself onside and then he tried to clip the ball over Donnarumma. But the Italian goalkeeper got a hand to it, and the ball was just inches away from going inside the goal.

A pair of penalties from Kylian Mbappé helped Real Madrid turn a deficit into victory in Xabi Alonso's first Champions League game at the helm.

Nottingham have not been able to guard the left side as Eze makes another swift entry inside the box. However, his cross was a bit long for Madueke to recieve.

Madueke found Timber with a classy, tricky pass and Timber's cross nearly found Rice at the center of the goal for the third of the night. 

Swinging cross from Bakwa and it fell in dangerously for Arsenal inside the box. But the defender was able to head it away from danger.

He made all the moves on the left and then passed it across right to Madueke and then switched sides before hitting the post with a rocket shot from close range. 

Eze found Merino with a brilliant touch. Then Merino's cross found Nwaneri, whose side volley went over the goal.

Within the first 50 seconds of the restart. 

Big mistake from Savona, and he missed the long ball. Eze made sure he picked up the ball and served it on a platter for Gyokeres to tap in for the second goal on the afternoon. 

Arsenal 2-0 NFO.

Nottingham Forest did not have much to write about, and they will have to do a lot more to beat the defence of Arsenal. 

It was Martin Zubimendi's thunder strike that gave Arsenal the lead. 

Eze was able to get in a cross from the left byline through the legs of the defenders. 

But, Gyokeres could not get a full touch to the cross from Eze. 

Anderson found Wood at the edge of the box and then his touch went straight to Gibbs-White, who could not control his shot and missed the target. 

7 minutes have been added as injury time.

After conceding the goal, Forest have tried to go up with Anderson and Gibbs-White, looking to enter the final third. 

They have been silent for a few minutes now. Ange's men need to push the play up a bit more and win the ball back.

Right back Savona has replaced Murillo.

I think he will have to be replaced now. He is playing with his body now till Ange makes a replacement.

Nooooo, you can not do that. 

From the corner, Madueke's service was headed away, but it fell perfectly for Zubimendi to go for a rocket volley from outside the box.

He scores his 11th goal. 

Arsenal take the lead.

In every corner, Sels has been able to come out and get his hand to the ball. This time, after he ounched the ball away, Murillo made the block for another corner. 

Madueke's corner nearly helped Timber head it for the first goal of the evening. But it went for another corner. 

Nwaneri found Zubimendi, and his pass across the turf found Eze at the corner of the box.

However, after a heavy first touch, Eze could not get the shot in the first place. His attempt then was blocked. 

Nweneri's left-footed volley from outside the box was blocked by a wall of defenders. 

Again on the right, he was able to go past Morato easily and send a cross towards the goal. 

So unfortunate for Arsenal. Nwaneri replaces Odegaard in the middle. 

Looks like the Arsenal captain will have to be subbed off here. The shoulder needs more treatment.

The defender allowed the long ball to bounce, and Gyokeres was quick to latch onto it and make a quick pass across the turf to Eze, whose shot was blocked and then saved by Sels. 

Ndoye's cross is saved by Raya, who had to dive to his right to grab the ball.

Odegaard is down with a shoulder injury. He is getting some medical attention. Not to forget he came back from injury only a few weeks back. 

Odegaard's flighted free-kick found Merino inside the box. However, his right-footed attempt from close range was saved by Sels. 

Wood fouls Gabriel, and it is an early free-kick for Arsenal. It is 30 yards away from the goal. 

Odeggard from the centre of the box looked for a partner inside the box. However, his toe touch was blocked by Williams. 

After a tussle with Calafiori, the youngster is down. 

From the back, they have tried to build up, and Nottingham have found it hard to get the ball back. 

Calafiori, Mosquera, Gabriel and Timber are guarding their back. 

Nottingham Forest kicks things off in their away jersey of white and blue. Arsenal are in their red and white.

Ange gives a big hug to Arteta. They are obviously very well known to each other during their North London Derbies.
