Indian National Football Team's head coach Manolo Marquez has announced the provisional squad list of 26 players for the friendly match against Malaysia on 18 November 2024. The India vs Malaysia Friendly is set to be played at the Gachibowli Stadium in Hyderabad.

The Changes
Defenders Subhashish Bose and Nikhil Poojary have been dropped from the squad by Manolo Marquez, but Sandesh Jhingan has made a comeback in the squad after a long-term injury. Anirudh Thapa has also been included in the squad after he got dropped against Vietnam.
However, promising talents such as Vibin Mohanan, Jithin MS, and Irfan Yadwad have been awarded their first call-up for the national team for their excellent and consistent performances in the Indian Super League 2024-25.
The squad will start their training camp for the match on 11 November 2024 in Hyderabad.
