The Belgian was one of the most elegant and beautiful player of the ball, the Premier league has ever seen. He had the ability to dribble past 4 or 5 guys with such ease that it was mesmerizing for the viewers to watch. His career ended in not possibly the best way, but he has given the footballing world some extraordinary moments to fall back on.

Eden Hazard was scouted by Rudi Garcia, Lille coach at the time from Lille II and made the Belgian an integral part of the squad at the age of 19. In his first full season he was named the Ligue 1 Young Player of the year. In the following year Lille went on to win the league and because of Hazard's amazing performance, he was named the Ligue 1 Young Player of the year and the Ligue 1 player of the year. He became the youngest player to win the award.

Hazard signing for the London club in the summer of 2012 and little did he know back then that he is going to become a legend of the club. In his first season he won the UEFA Europa League with Chelsea and was presented with the PFA Young Player of the Year trophy. He was still a raw talent at the time but within a season he became the most important player in the Chelsea team. The Europa League is Hazard's first trophy for the Blues and it was a special one for obvious reasons.

In the 2014-15 season, Hazard won Chelsea their 5th Premier League title with the help of Jose Mourinho. He was immense that season. People really got to know about Hazard in that season, he was that good. We saw some extraordinary piece of football by the Belgian at the time and the most commandable thing about him was, he used to win Chelsea matches through his mind blowing performances week after week, with controlling the whole of the midfield alone. The 2016 season was special for Hazard. No one thought Chelsea are going to win that year as they appointed a new manager in the name of Antonia Conte and it was his first season. Hazard continued to spread magic with his foot as he did in the past and he would hardly drop a stinker. He made the PFA Team of the year too, his fourth one in five seasons. And most importantly, he helped Chelsea win their 6th Premier league title.

Hazard won his first FA Cup title in the 2017-18 season. In the final Chelsea met against Manchester United in which Hazard's penalty in the 22nd minute of the match proved to be the game winner. He was injured at the start of the season and Chelsea under performed that season but still they didn't go trophyless, such was their winning habit.

Eden Hazard was one of the best players in the 2018 World Cup. He guided the Golden era of the Belgium team to the semi-final, becoming player of the match in almost every game he played. If Belgium wouldn't have lost to France in the semi-finals, he could've won the Golden Ball instead of the Silver Ball. He tried his very best for the team but unfortunately that was Belgium's best ever run.

In 2019, Hazard said goodbye to the Blues family after their victory over Arsenal in the Europa League final. He knew his move to Real Madrid was finalized and was very upfront about it. He signed with the Spanish side for a deal worth over €100m. Madrid signed Hazard to replace Cristiano Ronaldo, who left for Juventus, which was considered the right choice considering the kind of form Hazard was in at the time.
