England skipper Harry Kane left Tottenham to join European powerhouse Bayern Munich in search of titles. The 30-year-old Kane joined on a four-year deal for a reported 100 million euros ($109.44 million) plus add-ons. Despite a stellar scoring record, he failed to win anything at Spurs, so he joined the German Giants. But, he arrived and Bayern lost the German Super Cup. He made his debut as a second-half substitute in the German Super Cup and Bayern lost that game to RB Leipzig by 3-0. But since then, he has scored goals consistently and delivered brilliant performances. Despite his sensational scoring record, The German giants are out of every competition except the Champions League. So the question arises Will Harry Kane win a trophy at Bayern?

“In my career, I wanted to keep improving, pushing myself, and see how far that can take me,” Kane said in a press conference after joining Bayern Munich. “I wanted to play internationally, in the Champions League, and fight for titles every year. Coming to Bayern gives me that opportunity and I am looking forward to that,” the England skipper added.
Bayern Munich have won 32 Bundesliga titles and they won the title for consecutive 11 seasons from the 2012-13 season to the 2022-23 season and with the inclusion of the dangerous marksman, they were expected to extend that run. But, Leverkusen did some unthinkable and won the 2023-24 season as invincibles. The Bavarians were knocked out of the DFB-Pokal in the second round by losing against a third-tier German side, FC Saarbrücken.
Harry Kane's stats for Bayern Munich
Kane started the season with a storm. He scored his first Bundesliga hat trick in the fifth league match against VFL Bochum and became the first-ever player in the history of the Bundesliga to score more than five goals in his first five appearances. He is the first player to score four hat-tricks in his first Bundesliga season. The 30-year-old English striker has already scored 32 goals and has 9 assists in only 29 appearances for the Bavarians this season in the Bundesliga. He has also scored 7 goals and 3 assists in the Champions League in 9 appearances. Kane is also the top xG (29.98) creator in Europe's top five leagues and he has pounced on it. In total, he has taken 132 shots at goal and with this result is currently the best player in this category in the league statistics.
Will Harry Kane win a trophy at Bayern?
Kane has done his best to help the side but football lovers and pundits around the world are seeing him as a 'curse' which is a huge disappointment for a player of his calibre. Harry Kane has been unlucky on so many occasions with Spurs, England, and now Bayern. Spurs were beaten 2-0 by Liverpool in the 2018/19 Champions League final. Two seasons later, Aymeric Laporte's goal helped Manchester City beat Tottenham 1-0 in the Carabao Cup final. Less than three months later, at Wembley, Italy beat England on penalties in the Euro 2020 final. So, he has been finished on the loser's side despite giving some sensational performances consistently over the years.
He still has a chance to win the UEFA Champions League with Bayern this season as they are still alive in the quarter-final against Arsenal and it will be a huge achievement for him. Kane scored in the first leg of the quarter-final at the Emirates as Bayern and Arsenal drew 2-2. The second leg is all set to take place at the Allianz Arena and Bayern's record at home speaks volumes.
“You want to improve as a player every year, you want to show the world your capabilities and you want to push yourself to the very limits and you hope that helps with the team," Kane said in the conference ahead of the second leg against Arsenal.
“Of course, from the club’s point of view, it will be a failed season if we don’t win anything this year because we’re expected to win but all we can do is take that into next year and try and turn that around. The main thing for us is we still have an opportunity to turn this season into a great season if we win the Champions League. That motivation is still there and as players you can only hang onto that. If we can do something special tomorrow night then of course that keeps that hope alive," he added.
“It’s a time to raise our game, it’s a time for me and the players who have been in big situations, pressure situations, to step up and be counted. It’s going to be an amazing atmosphere. There’s a lot of expectation but I think there’s a good belief among the squad that we can achieve something tomorrow,” he further added.
