This time, it is Rudiger who goes at Merino with a leading hand, without the ball. No card, but a free-kick for Arsenal. 

David Alaba goes at Saka again and fouls him aggressively in the middle of the pitch. 

He is already on a yellow. 

Mbappe tried to dip that ball into top corner from outside the box. 

He missed the target by a few inches. 

The referee has found that there was no foul, and the penalty has been reverted. 

VAR check is going on to check the penalty. Looks like Rice did not grab Mbappe that strongly.

That is huge in terms of the whole Champions League scenario. 

The VAR confirmed the penalty for Arsenal and Asencio gets the yellow card as well.

Saka goes with his left foot this time. The ball bounced before Courtois, and the Belgian goalkeeper had to dive to his left to make the save.

Declan Rice scored two stunning free-kicks and Mikel Merino kept his form against Real Madrid intact to hand Arsenal a huge 3-0 advatnage in the first leg. 

Real Madrid did not look at their best at Emirates Stadium. But, under the lid at Santiago Bernabeu, they can be a lethal team. 

Arsenal are now ubeaten in 9 games across compettions since losing against West Ham United at home. Since then Arteta's men have beaten teams like Chelsea in Premier League and Real Madrid in Champions League. 

Though they have gone through a few injuries in the recent past, they have been one of the better sides offlate. Not only that, they have scored the third most goals in this season's Champions League (28). Only Barcelona (36) and Bayern Munich (29) have scored more goals than them.

In recent time, Real Madrid have failed to get going. They have faced defeat against Valencia in La Liga and then lost the first leg against Arsenal in Champions League as well. 

In the Copa del Rey semis, they drew against Real Sociedad 4-4 till the extra time and then went on to win the game on aggregate. 

So, overall, they Spanish giants have not been at their best.

Down the left side, with some quick feet dribbling, Vitinha dribbled past defenders before lobbing the ball towards the goal.

Raya grabbed the ball easily.

Mendes made a brilliant run after receiving the ball from Kvaratskhelia. Mendes laid the ball for Doue to go for a shot. 

In the end, it was a weak, off-target shot from Doue. 

Neves first won the ball from Lewis-Skelly, and then Timber tackled to win the ball back for Arsenal. 

Finally, the referee had enough and gave a free-kick to PSG for a foul on Doue.

Timber was able to find Saka on the right flank and before Saka could try to enter the box, Kvaratskhelia won the ball back from him.

Huge, huge, save from Raya. 

Another mistake from Arsenal, and Kvaratskhelia ran away with the ball. 

He found Barcola with a cross pass. But with his weak foot, Barcola could not find the power to beat Raya. 

Fabian Ruiz gives PSG the lead. An important lead. 

From the free-kick, the ball was not cleared well by Partey, and it fell perfectly for Fabian Ruiz to go for a powerful volley.

After a slight deflection, it went inside the goal.

Barcola crossed the ball to Doue, who took some time before Arsenal stopped the attack.

This time, Saka tried to create a chance for Arsenal from the right. But Pacho shielded the ball well to let it go for a goalkick.

But, he could not deflect the ball inside. He appealed for a hold down, but was denied. 

Barela gave away the ball to Raphinha, and the Brazilian's cross was nearly met by Ferran.

But, Bastoni did well there to deflect it for a corner. 

A huge chance for Dani Olmo. Once he was nearly one-on-one inside the box.

Pedri's cross from the edge of the byline was found by Dani Olmo.

A VAR check was done to check whether there was any handball inside the box.

The first leg of the semi-final was one of the Champions League classics with a 3-3 result at the  Lluís Companys. 

Marcus Thuram scored the fastest goal of Champions League semi-final history with a 30-second goal in the game. In the 21st minute, Dumfries then extended the lead for Inter Milan. 

But, Barcelona came back three minutes later with a stunning curling goal from Lamine Yamal. In the 38th minute, Ferran Torres scored again for Barcelona to make it 2-2.

However, Inter Milan were ready to strike back in the second half as Dumfries scored his second to hand Inter the lead, again.

But again, Barcelona came back two minutes later with a third goal from Raphinha, which was later confirmed to be an own goal by Inter goalkeeper Sommer. 

Inter nearly won the tie if not Dumfries had been found an inch offside before scoring what could have been a well-deserved hat-trick for him. 

We have everything to play for in the second leg. But Inter have not lost a home game in the UCL this season. Can Barcelona break that record?
