Amorim has set his eyes on three footballers

Ruben Amorim joined Manchester United in November 2024 on a three-year deal as former boss Erik Ten Hag's successor. The 39-year-old manager has been in charge for only 8 games so far but has produced some unprecedented results. The Red Devils defeated arch-rivals Manchester City in Etihad last Sunday but also faced a distressing defeat against Nottingham Forest.
Amorim wasted no time in adopting his favourite 3-4-2-1 formation to field his starting eleven at Old Trafford, which demands some needful changes to put a stop to Manchester United's rocky road in the Premier League and European competitions in recent years.
However, Amorim has reportedly asked for three reinforcements to INEOS, the owners of Manchester United, as he seems to believe that these three footballers can perfectly corroborate his ideal transformation regarding the squad. United will need a reported budget of €200M to land these three footballers— Victor Osimhen, Ronald Araujo, and Tyler Dibling.
Victor Osimhen

Osimhen is currently playing for Turkish side Galatasaray on a season-long loan from Napoli; following an unsuccessful deal to sell the Nigerian striker to Chelsea on deadline day in the 2024 summer transfer window in August.
However, the terms of the loan arrangement suggest that interested clubs must trigger the €75M release clause if they want to finalize the signing in January. It is also reported that Manchester United officials have already started preparing to bring the forward to Old Trafford as soon as in January.
Ronald Araujo
The FC Barcelona prospect carries a €100M price tag to his name, which can make the move way harder for Manchester United. The 25-year-old defender has already shown his defensive capabilities and leadership qualities that have attracted other top European clubs in the past as well.
However, this operation can be complex because of Araujo's price tag; only an extensive negotiation with Barcelona officials can raise United's chance of acquiring the player's service.
Tyler Dibling

According to a report by renowned Spanish journalist Dani Serrano, Tyler Dibling is of strong, special interest to Amorim, who has been completely surprised by the 18-year-old midfielder and made a strong appeal to INEOS to complete the teenager's signature in the summer of 2025.
However, Dibling's current club Southampton has taken a stance against United's interest. Southampton manager Russell Martin made quite a statement ahead of Southampton's PL game against Tottenham. Martin said: "I was told some rumours about Man Utd, one was a bid of £21m. I'm not sure you'll get his left foot for that." It appears that United will need to increase their budget to bring Dibling to the team.
