The 33-year-old has been heavily linked with an exit from the Bundesliga champions this summer and, while a switch to Stamford Bridge isn't the striker's preferred destination, a transfer to west London is still on the cards.

The evergreen talisman said: "It is very likely that this is my last match with Bayern. I can't say 100%, but maybe it was. We want to find the best solution for me and the club."
