The match was delayed by nearly an hour due to rain. Both teams made it out to the pitch eventually but KKR lost three wickets. They never recovered this time as they struggled to get to three digits even. Jason Roy scored 43 in 39 balls and was one of just three batters to have managed a double-digit score among the KKR batters. The two-time champions then pinned their hopes on Andre Russell to gather something from the death overs. While he struggled mostly, the Jamaican managed to smash three back-to-backs sixes in the last over to take KKR to a score of 127. In response, Delhi Capitals lost a wicket early with Prithvi Shaw's struggles continuing but they wouldn't mind this time as David Warner got off brilliantly. He fell for 57 off 41 balls but after that, Delhi Capitals somehow managed to reach the target in the last over. Read the match report of the DC vs KKR clash and share your thoughts in the comments.
