Delhi Capitals
Delhi Capitals finally registered their first victory of the campaign and that too came against the defending champions, Chennai Super Kings. Khalil Ahmed has been bowling brilliantly in the last two games and will be leading the pace attack against KKR. Axar Patel is looking very consistent this season and is handling the spin attack on his own. Anrich Nortje has struggled to find the touch after coming back from the injury but will be hoping to make a strong comeback.
Kuldeep Yadav didn't play the last game but he might be an option in a spin-friendly pitch like Vizag. Mukesh Kumar was just sensational against a star-studded batting lineup of CSK and he ended with a match-winning 3-wicket spell. Delhi Have improved a lot from their first two games.

Prithvi Shaw got selected against CSK and played a mature and fine inning of 43 runs while David Warner is just having another good season. He smashed his 62nd half-century in the IPL during the game against CSK and it seems like more to come. Rishabh Pant finally announced his arrival with a half-century and DC now looks like a stable side on the pitch. Mitchell Marsh is still a weak link for them and they should consider someone else as the Australian hasn't been able to contribute anything.
Kolkata Knight Riders
Kolkata are looking like a strong and more prepared side this season. They have started the campaign in quite a dominant fashion, winning both games. Mitchell Starc hasn't justified his hype and price yet. He has conceded 100 runs after bowling 8 overs this season so far without scalping any wickets.
Harshit Rana is one bowler to talk about as he has impressed the fans with his superb bowling. He silenced SRH in the first game, picking up crucial wickets like Mayank Agarwal, Heinrich Klaasen, and Shahbaz. He also got two against RCB and hoping to continue his great start.

Andre Russell is once again contributing with all-round performances but Varun Chakaravarthy hasn't bowled a good spell yet this season. It is a worrying sign but he has still time to improve. Anukul Roy got an opportunity in the last game and took full advantage of it. As for the batting, Phil Salt has got off to a fiery start for KKR and Sunil Narine also decided to join the party and the opening duo is looking dangerous at the moment. Venkatesh Iyer and Shreyas Iyer both are coming into the game after playing match-winning innings and their performance will play a crucial role against DC too. Rinku Singh and Andre Russell will be also there to give the finishing touch.
