India put up their second highest World Cup total ever in the game against Netherlands in Bengaluru. KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer scored tons as India reached 410/4 at M.Chinnaswamy Stadium. Virender Sehwag scored a scintilating hundred (114 from 87 balls) while Sourav Ganguly scored 89 runs to take India to their highest world cup total ever; 413/5. Yuvraj Singh scored 83 from 46 balls down the order to push the run-rate in the later part of the inning. India won the match by 257 runs.
KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer score centuries in Bengaluru as India posted their second highest World Cup total ever against Netherlands. This was the first time that all the five top-order batters had scored fifties in a World Cup match. Rahul Dravid scored 145 from 129 balls as he put up a 318-run partnership which is still the highest partnership for 2nd wicket in ODI history and highest partnership for India in ODI history.
India won the match by 157 runs.

Virender Sehwag and India lit up the 2011 World Cup with their fourth highest World Cup total in the opening game in Mirpur. Sehwag scored a quick-fire 175 runs in just 140 balls while Virat Kohli (100* from 83 balls) scored his maiden world cup ton in his debut game. India put up 370/4 in the first inning and then went on to win the game by 87 runs.
