In this article, we will explore the Indian players who has the most Test hundreds for India since 2021.

The 'Hitman' of Indian cricket, Rohit Sharma had a record-breaking day out against England in the fifth and final Test of their series at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamsala. He scored 103 runs off 162 balls, smashing 13 boundaries and three sixes. After this, he became the player who has the most Test hundreds for India since 2021.

The Indian skipper till now has smashed 12 century with 4138 runs at an outstanding average of 45.47. Rohit scored 177 against the West Indies in his Test debut in 2013.

The young talent Shubman Gill has 4 tons in Tests since 2021, second most for India only after Rohit Sharma. Gill's elegant strokeplay, composure at the crease, and ability to adapt to various conditions have earned him recognition as one of India's brightest batting prospects. His consistent performances at the top of the order have provided stability and flair to India's opening partnership, laying the foundation for many successful innings.

Gill made his Test debut against Australia in 2020 and so far smashed 1492 runs at an average of 35.52.

Ravindra Jadeja has always been a fantastic spinner for India but over the years, especially in last six, he has come of age as a batter as well. That is why he is the third batter with the most Test hundreds for India since 2021. Having some great years behind him with bat and experience of 70 Tests also allow India to send him up the order if the situation demands.

Jadeja has three Test tons since 2021 and overall 4 tons in his name. Overall, Jadeja now has 3,000+ runs in Tests to go with his 250+ wickets, only the third Indian to achieve the feat after Kapil Dev and Ravi Ashwin.

Ravindra Jadeja, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Rishabh Pant, and KL Rahul are standing tall with three Test centuries apiece since 2021. Bursting onto the international scene with a flurry of runs, the young Indian opener Yashasvi Jaiswal has set the stage for a promising future for India since 2021.

Jaiswal made his Test debut in August 2023 against West Indies. He has scored two double centuries with the career best of 214 not out. Moreover, Jaiswal smashed three Test tons in just 9 matches. He overall scored 1028 Test runs at an impressive average of 68.53.

He might have missed almost two years of international cricket and many key Test series but Rishabh Pant still comes in the list of most Test hundreds for India since 2021. He has 3 centuries since 2021 in this format. But he will soon make a strong comeback in Tests for India.

Pant got his opportunity to play Test cricket a couple of years after having a mere presence in the white-ball squad. He was handed Test debut during the third Test against England in 2018. He scored 2271 runs so far in 33 Test innings at an average of 43.67. The wicketkeeper-batsman has overall 5 Test tons in his name.

3. KL Rahul | 3 Tons

One of India's mainstays in the middle order, KL Rahul, also features in the list of most Test hundreds for India since 2021 with a total of 3 centuries. Rahul's versatility has added depth and resilience to India's batting arsenal, allowing him to adapt and thrive in various situations.

Rahul endured a disastrous Test debut during the 2014 Boxing Day Test at the MCG. He made a surprise return to the Test set-up in August 2021 after regular openers- Shubman Gill and Mayank Agarwal got ruled out because of their respective injuries. Rahul scored 2863 runs in his 50 Test innings at an average of 34.08. He has overall 8 Test century in his name.
