Sergio Ramos scored the opening goal of Sevilla's Champions League clash with PSV on Wednesday, and it was an important moment for several reasons. Firstly, it was his first goal for Sevilla since returning to the club back in September.
It was also the 10,000th goal that has been scored in the Champions League, and it also took him join-top of the all-time goalscoring charts in the competitions for goals scored by defenders. He is now level on 16 with former Real Madrid teammate Roberto Carlos and ex-Barcelona defender Gerard Pique. We know it's Sergio Ramos who has now scored the 10,000th UCL goal but do you know who scored the first goal in this competition after the rebranding?

Former Nigeria international Daniel Amokachi scored the first goal of the UEFA Champions League in a game against CSKA Moscow in 1992. He was a Club Brugge player back then. He made history with the renamed competition.
"My finest moment (at the club) would have to be my goal in the Champions League against CSKA Moscow. That goal brought me my fame, really, as it was the very first goal in the history of the Champions League," he said during an interview in 2008.
He joined Club Brugge in 1990 from Nigerian club side Ranchers Bees in Kaduna. After spending four years at the club, Amokachi signed for Everton in 1994 and won the FA Cup the following year.
