A total number of 405 players will go under the hammer in the IPL 2023 Auction. Initially, 991 players registered their names for the auction.
The Indian Premier League (IPL) has announced the final list of 405 players who will be up for bidding by franchises at the mini-auction on December 23 in Kochi, Kerala.
A total of 85 players have been released by all the franchises ahead of the upcoming IPL 2023 auction.
"I have registered for it. It will be an exciting opportunity," Green was quoted as saying by cricket.com.au on their 'Unplayable' podcast.
The 44-year-old had stepped down as the PBKS batting coach ahead of the IPL 2022 mega-auction earlier this year.
