The tennis sensation Novak Djokovic, who recently lost his chance to fetch his 21st grand slam due to his vaccination status, is revealed to hold major stakes in a firm that works to develop Covid-19 drugs.

The tennis sensation Novak Djokovic recently lost his chance to fetch his 21st grand slam due to his vaccination status. He is revealed to hold major stakes in a firm that works to develop Covid-19 drugs.

In the Danish company's CEO, Ivan Loncarevic's words "He is one of the founders of my company. We founded in June 2020. We aim to develop a new technology to fight viruses and resistant bacteria and we decided to use Covid as a showcase."

He further ended his statement by saying "If we succeed with Covid, we will succeed with other viruses."

As the reports suggest, Novak Djokovic, 34, and his wife, Jelena, own 80% of QuantBioRes. It employs approximately 20 people in Denmark, Slovenia, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

However, neither Djokovic, nor his wife had anything to comment regarding this.
