The 2023-24 Footballing season concluded with so much to remember for a long time. The top teams around Europe's top five leagues played beautiful football for the whole season and we have now gotten the winners. FC Barcelona Femení lifted the Primera División title five times in a row and Chelsea also lifted the Women's Super Lague title five times in a row. Bayern Munich won the Frauen-Bundesliga as the Invincibles while Roma won the Serie A title. Olympique Lyonnais was crowned as the Division 1 Champion three times consecutively. Women's Super League 2023-24 Champion: Chelsea

Chelsea lifted a fifth consecutive Women’s Super League title in some style. The Blues thrashed Manchester United in the final game of the 2023/2024 English league campaign by 6-0 at the famous Old Trafford Stadium. Chelsea finished level on points with Manchester City but the Blues lifted the trophy thanks to their superior goal difference of seven goals. Emma Hayes will depart the London club and begin her new role as USWNT head coach at the start of June so it was a beautiful goodbye to the Chelsea legendary manager.

Bayern had a sensational Bundesliga season with 19 wins, three draws, and not a single defeat. The Munich ladies scored 60 goals and conceded just eight over those 22 games. This is their fifth title in the history of the competition. Bayern claimed the title after a 2-1 victory against Leverkusen.

Barcelona Femeni have been crowned champions of Liga F for the fifth consecutive season. The Catalan side wrapped up their title with a dominating 4-1 victory against Granada, extending their lead at the top of the league to 15 points over Real Madrid. Barca have registered a record 27 victories in their 28 games so far, scoring 129 goals and only conceding nine. The Blaugranas also lifted the Champions League title, beating Lyon. FC Barcelona Femení are yet to lose a match in this record-breaking season.

Roma Women made history by winning consecutive Italian league titles. They secured the title when Juventus lost at home to Inter Milan. Roma Women maintained their lead at the top of the table, and with only three games remaining for the second-place side, the Giallorosse became officially the champions of Italy. They finished their regular season with 51 points in 18 games, losing only one game on their way to the second-ever league title.

Lyon lifted their 17th French title after a 2-1 win over Paris Saint-Germain in the deciding game of the season. It is their fifth league title in a row. Delphine Cascarino put Lyon ahead while Kadidiatou Diani doubled its lead by the midway point in the first half and it was enough to secure the title. Lyon finished well clear of PSG at the top of the 12-team French league at the end of the regular season. However, this season saw the title decided by play-offs between the top four in the division. Lyon thrashed fourth-placed Reims 6-0 in the semifinals to qualify for the final against PSG. The 17 domestic titles have all come in the last 18 seasons for Lyon which is remarkable.
