Erik ten Hag, the current Manchester United coach to continue as the club manager for next season. After the club’s end-of-season review by Manchester United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS sporting director Sir Dave Brailsford, it was decided that the Dutchman would continue as the coach of the red-devils after he called a "rubbish campaign".
Though the 54-year-old manager was able to win the FA Cup after beating Manchester United by 2-1 in the final at Wembley, United finished at their worst position in the points table in the Premier League era (since 1992) with only 60 points. Moreover, they saw an early exit from the UEFA Champions League and EFL as well.
Erik ten Hag's current contract expires in next June with an option to extend it for another year. Both United and Ten Hag will now enter into negotiations to extend those terms.

Even before the FA Cup final, Erik ten Hag did not know if he would be continuing as the coach of the United or not with rumours of Manchester United owners sacking him before the next season. In that case, United were linked with coaches like Thomas Tuchel, Roberto De Zerbi, Thomas Frank, Kieran McKenna and Mauricio Pochetinno.
Since joining the club in 2022, Erik ten Hag won two trophies with Manchester United. He won the EFL cup in his first season as the coach and finished third in the Premier League as well. Along with that, he took the team to the FA Cup final as well that season.
“Two trophies in two years is not bad, three finals in two years is not bad,” ETH said.
“If they don’t want me, then I go somewhere else to win trophies because that is what I do,” added before the rumours of him getting sacked started.
