FIFA U-17 World Cup 2023: List of all the award winners

Germany defeated France in penalties (4-3) to win their first-ever FIFA U-17 World Cup in Indonesia. Germany's Paris Brunner won the Golden Ball while Argentina's Agustin Ruberto won the Golden Boot for his 8 goals in the tournament. Germany's electrifying striker Paris Brunner won the Golden Ball award as he was adjudged the player of the tournament for his outstanding performance, specially in the knockouts. Brunner scored five goals in the tournament, of which two came in the semis and one in the showpiece match against France in the final. He was also the player of the match in the final.

FIFA U-17 World Cup 2023 | Silver Ball winner | Hamadou Makalou

Mali's midfielder Hamandou Makalou won the Silver Ball Award for his outstanding vision and gameplay throughout the tournament for his country. He helped Mali overcome the Argentine force to win the third place match and grab the bronze medal. Makalou's goal in the third-place playoff match was one of the most outstanding goals of the tournament where he first nutmegged his way into the box then went passed two defenders for the goal.

Mathis Amougou was the reason France stayed in the final till the last minute. Amougou's goal in the final was the last goal of the tournament where the equalled Germany's score and took the game into the shootouts. He won the Bronze ball of FIFA U-17 World Cup 2023.

Argentina's teenage sensation Agustin Ruberto won the Golden Boot for his eight goals in seven games throughout the tournament. The La Albiceleste scored a stunning hat-trick against Germany in the semi-finals however, even that could not help them having a place in the final.

Mali captain Ibrahim Diarra won the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2023 Silver Boot for his outstanding contributions throughout the tournament. Diarra not only netted five goals, he also assisted four times in the tournament. He was outstanding in the Quarter-final against Morocco and third-place match against Argentina.

FIFA U-17 World Cup 2023 | Bronze Boot winner | Claudio Echeverri

Claudio Echeverri, the Argentine captain was the winner of the FIFA U-17 World Cup Bronze Boot for his five goals and two assists for Argentina. Echeverri's hat-trick helped Argentina beat Brazil for the first-time in the tournament's history.

Paul Argney, France's number one was just outstanding throughout the FIFA U-17 World Cup where he kept five consecutive clean sheets. Along with that, he only had to grasp only three goals in the whole tournament. Moreover, he also saved two penalties in the final where unfortunately he had to settle with the silver medal.
